Pricing policy

Final payment is made in Sterling.
Prices are quoted in euros and US dollars as a suggestion based on exchange rated at the time of upload.  The exchange rates may vary from the shown prices shown in foreign currency.  I reserved the right to correct any price and will not be held responsible for errors or exchange rate fluctuations.

 

How to place your Order

Send me an E-mail containing your contact details and I will then personally ring you to collect the information needed. 
The details I need to process your order are name, address and credit card details. 

You will need to instruct your card issuer / bank that a transaction will be made from Danish Homestore (Parent company) or they may refuse the transaction.

Once payment has cleared the item/s will be packed and
taken to Denmark where they / it will be handed to our shippers who will assign
it to a container.
This container is taken to Port Hamburg, Germany from where it will be
loaded to a vessel bound for your nearest Terminal. The process and arrival date can be
The time of loading may vary as the security checks the parcels have to go
through is very extensive, due to the recent events in the UK.

Once the vessel is loaded we and you will receive a Bill of Laden.
This is a document you will need to show to your local customs officer who will decide the
amount of duty you will need to pay. We class all shipments as "used
furniture
".
This has so far been a good way of keeping the customs fee down. 
It is NOT a guarantee as customs is decided by the agent on the day.

The shipment will then arrive at Terminal and you will be notified and then
have up to 3 working days in which to collect your shipment from there.

The reason we only ship to Terminal is based on the fact that damage occurs
in the last leg of delivery. A courier is not as careful as we all hope for.
We do however try to pack all items in such way that they arrive intact and
undamaged.

IT IS VITAL THAT YOU INSPECT THE PARCEL/S THOROUGHLY AND NOTE ALL MARKS/ DAMAGE THAT YOU FIND ON THE PACKAGING, AND NOTE THIS ON THE RELEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT.

IF YOU LATER ARRIVE HOME AND FIND THAT THE ITEM INSIDE IS DAMAGED THEN YOU CAN REFER BACK TO THE RELEASE NOTES AND THE RESPONSIBILITY IS THEN PLACED ON THE SHIPPING COMPANY, OTHERWISE THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF MAKING A CLAIM AS YOU HAVE SIGNED THE RELEASE NOTES "received in good condition"

Delivery will be arranged for Monday daytime or Thursday evenings where ever possible 
Charges apply and will vary depending on location.

 Refund policy.
  
Refunds will be made for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase up-to seven days after delivery and the item is returned/ collected undamaged.

Amount refunded will be purchase price less delivery and credit card charges of 3%.

Storage

Storage is available at no charge so far as the item is paid in full and storage not to exceed 6 months.
